Adamo’s creativity is deeply rooted in a passion for design, innovation, culture, and community. While classically trained as an architect, engineer, and craftsman, his awareness of built and spatial environments is prominent, but his creative aspirations are limitless. Fascinated with the IMMERSIVE aspects of life and culture, Adamo believes a holistic approach to design is a necessity in creating MEANINGFUL and RELEVANT experiences.
With an intense design focus in Lifestyle and Hospitality, Adamo has an affinity for BIG IDEAS and can seamlessly navigate through design strategy, brand development/creation, guest experience, user interface, hospitality programming/planning, site masterplanning, urban planning, placemaking, conceptual design, and through on to construction/fabrication. His roles as DESIGN DIRECTOR and LEADER OF DESIGN STRATEGY & INNOVATION have offered him the opportunity to lead teams of all sizes and fluidly choreograph the appropriate creative process for any given task. Comfortable in navigating a variety of stakeholders while simultaneously engaging with and presenting to executives/clients, he is able to effectively communicate the creative process, intended outcomes, and actionable roadmap for the appropriate audience.
